Shipping policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Weekends are not included. Standard shipping orders are shipped by US Postal Service and customers typically receive their order within 2-3 business days once the item is shipped. SPLASHPAD mats are shipped from Austin, TX. Just a heads up, MadWrox Products, LLC will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, holidays, employee strikes and weather. We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs, if made within 30 days of delivery & products are returned in their original condition. To return products, please contact us for more information. Thank you so much for your purchase!
