A SPLASHPAD mat is a waterproof, multi-purpose pad used around the sink that keeps countertops and other surfaces clean and dry without any extra effort. Now adults and children can wash, brush teeth or give sink baby baths - without water spills, splashes and water spots left behind on your countertops, clothes, cabinets and floors.
Made of soft, absorbent microfiber, all SPLASHPAD mats are machine washable and have a nonslip (rubber grip) backside. They are perfect accessories for kids and adults alike!
The bathroom and kitchen mats are adjustable with snaps to fit most common sink sizes and shapes. The bathroom mat works best with standard undermount sinks that are 14 inches to 21 inches wide and counter length of 20 inches to 24 inches. The kitchen mat works best with standard kitchen sinks that are 2 inches to 33 inches wide, and counter length of 24 inches to 29 inches. The mats are designed to hang off the counter a few inches to absorb water splashes keeping your clothes, cabinets, and floors dry.
SPLASHPAD mats are quick to install. It takes mere seconds to lay out the 3 mat pieces around your sink, then snap them together for a custom fit.
We have 2 sizes of adjustable mats for around sinks; one that can be used in the kitchen and one in the bathroom.

Because your mat absorbs moisture and dries quickly, it can be left around the sink and used every day. At the end of the week, just throw it in the wash with your towels and machine wash, tumble dry low. Once clean, place it back around your bathroom or kitchen sink or fold to a slim stack and put in storage for next time's use.

Yes! SPLASHPAD mats are perfect for pet baths in the sink! Our mats can be used around the sink for any messy, splashy sink activities - this includes when giving your dog, cat or any pet a bath in the sink! No worries if your fur baby splashes around during bath time because your mat will provide a soft, non-slip surface that will soak up all the mess.
If you like clean countertops but hate to use paper towels and cleaning solutions over and over, then the SPLASHPAD mat is for you. Keeping the mat around your sink every day keeps your countertop clean and dry all week! Just toss it in the washing machine and enjoy reuse it. Your paper towel and cleaning solution use will be cut down significantly.
Ordering
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, all orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship on Monday or the next business day. If ordering from our website, a confirmation with an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after clicking the submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact customer service to verify if your order has been received.
You will also receive an order confirmation email after completing your order online or by phone. Please check your junk mail folder and add info@splashpadshop.com to your contact list, if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

Yes and congratulations! Because we also sell on Amazon, SPLASHPAD can easily be added your Amazon baby registry. Just follow this link to our Amazon store and add the countertop protectors in the colors of your choice.
Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekends are not included. Standard free shipping orders are shipped by US Postal Service and customers typically receive their order within 3-5 business days once the item has shipped. SPLASHPAD mats are shipped from Austin, TX. Just a heads up, MadWrox Products, LLC will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, holidays, employee strikes and weather.
We will send you a confirmation when your order ships along with a tracking number. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information at info@splashpadshop.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt if the product is returned in new, unused, and resale-able condition inside its original packaging. Your items must have been purchased from our website to receive a refund/credit from us. Other purchases elsewhere must be returned to the place of purchase based on their return policy. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, in-store credit, or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the purchase price of the items only, upon receipt of the product by our warehouse. We do not refund the shipping fees paid. Some of our products are offered with free shipping occasionally, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from our return refund. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Our normal refund processing time for returned items is one week, from receipt of the item. However, in extreme instances, it may take up to two weeks to process a return and refund a credit card. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment (purchaser). Please contact customer service by email at info@splashpadshop.com for further instructions on your return.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days and we will send you the correct, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
On the extremely rare circumstance, an item is discovered to be defective upon receipt, it can be replaced with the same model only. All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. We will cover the cost of shipping defective and damaged items back to us along with shipping the replacement product back to you.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal. We accept purchase orders from corporations once a credit application is completed and approved. Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference.
Under no circumstances, shall MadWrox Products, LLC or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, that result from your use of or inability to use MadWrox Products, LLC or from products or services offered on the site, including but not limited to your reliance on any information obtained from the site or the use of products or services offered on the site, that results in mistakes, or any failure of performance, damage to equipment, and/or personal injury or death.
